Production: Orders can take up to 21 working days to produce, but we aim to get orders out as quickly as possible. Refunds, Replacements and Cancellations: If you wish to cancel an order with The Future Image you must inform us immediately by phone or email, due to the nature of our products we can only issue refunds before production has begun, after we have begun production we cannot offer a refund. If you are unhappy with your prints, canvas or photo gift products we have produced for you, please return them to us within 14 days, un-mounted and in the original packaging. We can then issue a replacement within 30 days. About your privacy: By using The Future Image you are consenting to the principles outlined within this policy, if you have submitted details to The Future Image which may be held by us, you are entitled to a copy of the information on request. If you request any information from The Future Image your submitted details are held on a database for future reference. You can request that your details are removed from our database at anytime by sending an e-mail via our contact form. Contacting us: If you wish to contact us at The Future Image about anything within this site our contact details are located on the contact section. Information: The Future Image will do everything in its power to ensure images of children taken by us are always held securely. The Future Image shall not sell, trade or give any image to the national, local or international press of any description or any other organisation outside of www.thefutureimage.co.uk If any person(s) request that any of their own images are to be removed from The Future Image website, their request shall be complied within 10 days. |
